Cancellation Policy

Please try to give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change the time of an appointment. To prevent being charged for a missed session, please make every effort to communicate schedule changes, even if it is a small amount of time. No-shows will be charged the cost of a full session. Sue will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions that are canceled in a timely manner.
