ADHD and Executive Function Coaching
Do I need it?

If you have difficulty organizing tasks, managing time, challenges with emotional regulation, or procrastination and difficulty meeting goals, you will benefit from ADHD coaching...

ADHD and EF coaching help you set goals, create structures, and implement strategies to stay organized, manage time, and improve productivity. Coaching supports those with ADHD in understanding their brains and bodies and provides strategies to handle stress, regulate emotions, and advocate for themselves and their needs.

What does it mean to "Workshop It"?

A project, task, or problem can be approached in various ways. Success is not always clear when going it alone.

Exploring different approaches and methods with someone can help you gain clarity and find direction.

Workshopping allows collaboration, brainstorming, and identifying strengths, challenges, and solutions.

Workshopping enables you to work smarter, not harder, while building and maintaining your autonomy.

Whether it is school, work, or life,...

Let's Workshop It!

Hi! I’m Sue.

A highly experienced educator, coach, and consultant based in Richmond, Virginia. With over 25 years of experience working with school-age students, teenagers, and adults, I specialize in helping clients and families develop systems and strategies to enhance their skills in school, work, and life.

My background includes work in both public and private schools, as well as at the college level. I focus on supporting individuals impacted by executive dysfunction, including those with ADHD and neurodivergence. My goal is to help you work smarter, not harder.

In addition to holding a BS and MS in Education, I’m committed to ongoing learning to stay current in ADHD and Executive Function Coaching. I’ve completed ADHD Coaching coursework and am working toward my ICF and PAAC certification in coaching this fall.

Academic Coaching for Middle, High School, and College Students

This is for you if you want school to be a little less difficult. We focus on the process of tiny changes made over time that can make a big impact on your success as a student.  We won’t focus on getting straight As or making the Dean’s list. Focusing on skills– subject matter, study, test taking, and organization–not performance lasts far beyond your graduation day!
